Cancellation policy

If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so by sending us an email at cosmic.rasa@gmail.com before the order has been dispatched. You can also call our Customer Care at +918885705300(Timings: 8:30 am – 10:00 pm IST) to request a cancellation.

Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted. If your cancellation request is made in time, you will receive a full refund with no cancellation charges, and the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 working days, or as per your bank’s processing timelines.
