Shipping Policy
- General Information
All orders from CosmicRasa, manufactured by Swasha Ayurveda LLP , are processed and shipped from our warehouse located in Hyderabad, Telangana. We currently deliver only within India and do not offer international shipping.
- Order Processing and Delivery Timelines
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. The delivery of products will take place within 7 to 10 working days from the date of placing the order, depending on the delivery location and courier availability.
Deliveries are made between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
- Delivery Terms
- A signature may be required upon delivery. If you are unavailable, you may authorize a family member, neighbour, or colleague to receive the package on your behalf. CosmicRasa is not liable for goods signed for by any unauthorized person.
- Some courier partners may require an OTP (One-Time Password) to complete the delivery. The OTP will be sent to the mobile number provided at the time of placing the order.
- CosmicRasa will not be responsible for any damage occurring after successful delivery.
- Damaged or Incomplete Deliveries
Any claims for leakage, damage, tampering, or shortages must be reported to our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving the order. To process such claims, customers are required to share:
- Clear images or videos showing the issue (damage, leakage, or tampering)
- Video of the mono-carton (the individual product box) and the outer packaging (the box used to ship the entire order)
- Images of the tampered seal, if applicable
These materials are essential to verify and resolve the issue promptly.
